Service Agreement

This Service Agreement is made between TarotVox LLC (the “Provider”), doing business under the trade name Archeiia Faith Flame, and the individual booking a service (the “Client”).

1. Services

The Provider offers intuitive and spiritual services, including but not limited to Tarot Readings, Lenormand Readings (including Grand Tableau), Energy Readings, Energetic Health Readings, and Angelic Healing for people, animals, and spaces.

2. Scheduling

• Sessions must be booked and paid in advance.

• The Client is responsible for providing accurate information (such as names, photos if required, and relevant relationship details) prior to the session.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

All bookings are subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

4. Client Responsibility

• The Client understands that these services are for guidance, insight, and personal growth only.

• The Client agrees to take full responsibility for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing following a session.

• The Provider does not diagnose, treat, or replace licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial services.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of these services.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
