Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for booking a session. Please read this policy carefully before scheduling. By completing your booking, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment at no cost.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future session.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and no-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Refunds are only available as outlined above.

• Refunds are not available once a session has begun or has been completed.

• If I must cancel a session for any reason, you will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
